Monsters.

I have a new addiction: Green Monsters.
Yum.

Almost every morning I start my day with a bright green frothy drink, and I feel excellent.
Every night I slice up a banana and throw it in the freezer (so I dont have to use ice). Then when I get up I throw the banana, 1-2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, and two GENEROUS handfuls of spinach into the blender (spinach has such a mild taste, if it wasn’t green you wouldn’t know it was there). And BAM. There it is. Sometimes Ill plop in a spoonful of peanut butter, or a tablespoon of almond flour, just to jazz it up a little more.

It makes breakfast easy and every single thing in there is good for me. The girls I work with always ask me how I have so much energy in the morning, and I think this is probably why.

There are so many different variations and recipes for Green Monsters that they will never get old for me. Some of the blogs that I follow have funky recipes on them too that I cant wait to try.
